NORTHERN SPY October XXX XXX XXX Heirloom apple..Fine grained, rather firm, very tender, crisp and juicy. Tart and aromatic. Holds its shape when cooked.
PAULA RED Late August to mid-September XXX XXX XXX One of the better early season eating apples. Has the pleasant tartness of McIntosh.
PETCH Mid-September to late September XXX XXX XXX Our very own creation! White flesh, firm, tender. Especially juicy, slightly tart. Very aromatic apple. Similar to McIntosh.
RED CORTLAND September XXX XXX XXX Very crisp, white flesh. Flavor mild and slightly tart. Doesn’t brown quickly. Good for freezing.
RED DELICIOUS Late September to early October XXX XX XX A favourite. Classic heart shape, deep ruby colour skin covers a sweeter flavored apple.
RUSSET October XXX XXX XXX Heirloom apple. Good keeping qualities.
SPARTAN MId-September to mid-October XXX XXX XXX Distinctive sweet flavor. Snowy-white flesh, small core.
TOLMAN SWEET Late September to early October XX XX XX Heirloom apple. Medium-sized, yellow skinned. Flesh is white, very sweet and firm. Good eating apple and excellent for sauce because of its sweetness.
VISTA BELLA Late July to early August       Early ripening.
WEALTHY Early September to late September       Early ripening.
WOLF RIVER September to mid-October X XXX XXX Heirloom apple. Very large. White, coarse flesh. Tender, subacid-tart and juicy. Outstanding culinary apple.
